JK125/270/400 DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payments being cleared. Deliveries are made via a national courier service, usually next day, but in any case usually within 2 working days of dispatch for UK mainland (weather permitting). Delivery to the Highlands and Islands can take longer. Over 90% of our orders are dispatched the day after payment is received for delivery the following day. However, neither the warehouse nor the courier service works weekends, so please factor this in when ordering.
DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS
Before you sign for the composter, if the box is damaged, this should be recorded on the delivery ticket. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any substantial damage to the box, and as soon as possible for any missing or damaged parts. If you can, take photos and email them to us. This will help us claim against the courier service.
Damaged goods correctly notified to us will be replaced free of charge. If you choose to cancel the order rather than accept a replacement, you will be refunded your payment less our original delivery costs and you will be responsible for the return costs of the damaged items.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
An order for a JK125 or 270 may be cancelled within 7 working days of the composter being received. Please email or write to us.
If you decide to cancel after the JK125/270 has been dispatched, it may be returned if it is unused and in its original packaging for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of a used machine. The cost and responsibility for the safe return of the goods will be yours.
Should you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and charge your the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
